Important PacSurf 2020 Update
We hope this finds you all healthy and staying strong during these very challenging times. In the wake of rapidly changing and unprecedented circumstances surrounding the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the PacSurf 2020 Program Committee has been forced to cancel the AVS Pacific Rim Symposium on Surfaces, Coatings and Interfaces (PacSurf 2020) scheduled for December 6-10, 2020, in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
This was not a decision made lightly, or without significant deliberation, but the health, safety and well-being of the PacSurf 2020 global community is our highest priority. So, in the face of increasing concerns, travel restrictions, and with the guidance of governmental and health agencies, the decision was compelled and required. If you have any questions, please contact Della Miller, della@avs.org.
